Where to find the driver at the airport?
the driver will be waiting outside the door after the baggage claim holding a sign with your name. More details about the exact meeting point will be sent via e-mail, a couple of days before arrival.

What happens if I cannot find my driver?
If you cannot locate the driver, call the contact number provided to you by e-mail and you will be directed to the meeting point

What happens if my flight is delayed or canceled?
All flights are monitored for any delay, to ensure the service the driver will wait until they come out. In case the flight is late, the reservation will be automatically updated to the arrival time of flight.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?
You can change or cancel your reservation until the departure of 'driver for the meeting point.
Up to 48 hours before arrival: Via e-mail.
Within 48 hours of arrival: only by phone. 24/7

How long the driver waits for customs clearance, immigration, baggage claim?
The driver usually wait until 60 minutes after the arrival of your flight before making investigations and calling the phone number you provided. After this time, and if there is no sign of the passenger, the driver will leave the airport. If you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage claim or lost luggage please call the number provided to ensure that the driver will be waiting. 24/7

Do you offer child seats?
Child seats are available for free. Please specify the ages of children at time of booking.

The price is for person or for vehicle?
Prices are for vehicle, not for person.

There are extra charges?
The price you see is the price you pay, there are no hidden extras. Our rates are fixed, all inclusive and are not subject to traffic or detours.

Do I have to tip the driver?
Tips are not mandatory, but if you are satisfied with the service and want to tip the driver, not banned.

How can I book?
The easiest way to make a reservation via the booking form online or by e-mail
We need the following information:

1. Date of travel
2. Your pick-up and drop-off point (airport, hotel, office or home address)
3. Pick up time
4. The details of the flight (for airport pick up)
5. Number of people traveling
6. Luggage (small, medium, large)
7. Mobile Phone Number
8. Any specific requirements (eg child seat, travel assistance)
